Although ZenCore Softworks wishes its customers to enjoy a wealth of free and cheap software, ZenCore Softworks hereby states that any modifications, including to copyright notices, to the mechanics of the software through reverse engineering or other nefarious methods are strictly prohibited.

We hereby lay copyright claim to all our current and future software releases.

We do not take responsiblity for any damage caused, loss of data or corruption that occurs when using/ installing our software. We constantly remind our users that downloading, installing and using our software is completely done at your own risk, intent and will.

Any personal details shared or given to our official Customer Support service or any other ZenCore Softworks service requiring personal information is secured and covered by the US and UK data protection act of 1998.

We do not store your personal information indefinitely, instead we retain personal information only for as long as necessary or relevant, in compliance with Canadian law.
